  这是他们自2021年以来,第五次站上全国最高领奖台。

  一次夺冠,也许是运气;五次夺冠,背后必定有真功夫。

  这颗“金豆”背后的人,叫赛敏。

  2012年,赛敏还在国企做外贸。第一次接触云南咖啡,她就被这颗小红果迷住了。没犹豫多久她便辞了稳定工作,扎进咖啡出口行业。

  可行业的寒冬来得猝不及防。随后几年国际咖啡期货价格连续走低,2019年甚至跌穿成本线。“当时很多咖农含泪砍树,转种其他作物。”赛敏记得清清楚楚。

  别人都在退,赛敏偏要往前冲。“越是没人看好,越是布局精品最好的时机。”赛敏有个执念:云南咖啡不能总靠低价走量。只有走“精品化、庄园化、品牌化”的路,云南咖啡才能真正突围。

  于是,秋珀庄园在低谷中成立。

  临沧地处北纬23°的“咖啡种植黄金带”,与全球知名咖啡产区(如哥伦比亚、牙买加)处于同一纬度线,兼具热带与亚热带气候特征,是出好咖啡的好地方。但好风土只是“入场券”,要种出能拿冠军的豆子,还得“人比山强”。

  赛敏与云南省德宏热带农业科学研究所一同合作,在糯良乡班考村天坑建立了千亩连片咖啡种植基地,试种34个咖啡品种,像建“咖啡基因库”一样,反复筛选、测试、优化。

  好咖啡是选出来的,更是一遍遍试出来的。最终,巴天、萨奇姆、德热132等品种留了下来。它们不仅扛得住病虫害,结出的豆子还带着特别的花果香,成了秋珀庄园的“独家宝贝”。

  种豆子时,赛敏把“精细”做到家。

  地里使用加厚地膜,抑草保水两不误;

  每块地定期做土壤检测,缺啥补啥,“配方施肥”;

  严格控制采摘成熟度,只摘全红果;

  水处理环节精准控制发酵时间,保证风味干净度。

“我们从种植端就开始控品质,不是等到加工才讲究。”赛敏说。

  在她看来,做咖啡急不得。重视土壤、专注品种、死磕细节、相信时间,她没选赚快钱的路,反而挑了最难走但最踏实的那条。“咖啡是‘慢农业’,没有三五年的耐心,尝不到真正的甜头。”

  也正是这份坚持,让秋珀庄园的豆子成了“获奖专业户”。

  从2021年首次夺冠,秋珀几乎拿遍国内生豆大赛所有重磅奖项:2021云南咖啡生豆大赛水洗组冠军,2022大赛总冠军,2024年在“中国之选”全球生豆大赛里拿到第五名,创下中国庄园历史最佳成绩。

这颗来自临沧的咖啡豆,凭着“浓而不苦,酸而不烈,自带花果香,五味厚实”的独特风味,在咖啡圈里攒下了实打实的好口碑。

  临沧咖啡的崛起,不止一个秋珀。

  近年来,临沧发挥自然优势,把好资源用足。

In 2012, Saimin was still engaged in foreign trade in state-owned enterprises. When she first came into contact with Yunnan coffee, she was fascinated by this small red fruit. Without hesitation, she quit her stable job and ventured into the coffee export industry.

The cold winter of the industry came unexpectedly. In the following years, international coffee futures prices continued to decline, and even fell below the cost line in 2019. At that time, many coffee farmers tearfully chopped down trees and switched to planting other crops, "Sai Min remembered clearly.

Everyone else is retreating, but Saimin insists on charging forward. The less people are optimistic, the better time to lay out high-quality products. "Sai Min has a obsession: Yunnan coffee cannot always rely on low prices to increase volume. Only by pursuing the path of "boutique, estate, and branding" can Yunnan coffee truly break through.

So, Qiupo Manor was established in the valley.

Lincang is located in the "coffee planting golden belt" at 23 ° N latitude, on the same latitude line as globally renowned coffee producing areas such as Colombia and Jamaica. It has both tropical and subtropical climate characteristics and is a good place for producing good coffee. But a good terroir is just a 'ticket', to grow beans that can win championships, one must also 'be stronger than the mountains'.

Saimin collaborated with Dehong Tropical Agricultural Science Research Institute in Yunnan Province to establish a thousand acre contiguous coffee planting base in Tiankeng, Bangkao Village, Nuoliang Township. They tested 34 coffee varieties and repeatedly screened, tested, and optimized them like building a "coffee gene bank".

Good coffee is not only selected, but also tried over and over again. In the end, varieties such as Batian, Sachim, and Dere132 were retained. They not only withstand pests and diseases, but also produce beans with a special floral and fruity aroma, becoming the "exclusive treasure" of Qiupo Manor.

When planting beans, Saimin keeps "precision" at home.

Using thick plastic film in the field can effectively suppress grass and retain water;

Regularly conduct soil testing on each plot, supplement what is lacking, and apply 'formula fertilization';

Strictly control the maturity of picking, only pick whole red fruits;

The water treatment process precisely controls the fermentation time to ensure the cleanliness of the flavor.

We start controlling quality from the planting end, not waiting until processing to pay attention, "said Saimin.

In her opinion, making coffee is urgent. Valuing the soil, focusing on varieties, persevering in details, and trusting time, she did not choose the path of making quick money, but instead chose the most difficult but practical one. It is precisely this persistence that has made the beans of Qiupo Manor become "award-winning professionals".

Since winning the championship for the first time in 2021, Qiupo has almost won all the heavyweight awards in domestic green bean competitions: champion of the washing group in the 2021 Yunnan Coffee Green Bean Competition, overall champion of the 2022 competition, and fifth place in the "China's Choice" Global Green Bean Competition in 2024, setting a record for the best performance in the history of Chinese plantations.

This coffee bean from Lincang has accumulated a solid good reputation in the coffee industry due to its unique flavor of "thick but not bitter, sour but not strong, with its own floral and fruity aroma, and thick five flavors".

The rise of Lincang coffee is not just about autumn coffee.

In recent years, Lincang has leveraged its natural advantages and made full use of its resources.

The government takes the lead in promoting ecological planting and often organizes technical training, inviting experts to the fields to teach coffee farmers how to grow coffee step by step; Build a production and sales docking platform to help everyone sell good beans to farther places. With such assistance, Lincang Coffee is gradually moving towards refinement, standardization, and branding.
